Absolutely. We offer a substantial discount when you add a third website or more to your account. Just keep in mind that this offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. When you’re ready to add your additional websites just click on ‘Add Plan’ in your portal. If you will be adding more than 10 websites, reach out to your WPM Team Lead and we can provide a special enterprise or agency plan.
This means that you can make as many requests as you want, and we’ll work through them as quickly as possible. Once you submit your requests, your dedicated team lead will review them, to ensure we have all the details needed. Then they’ll be assigned to your team.All our requests will be completed in the order they are received but if you ever need to change the order, or prioritize a certain request, contact your team lead and we’ll prioritize accordingly.
Absolutely. You can add as many team members as you’d like to help you make requests with our same flat monthly fee. All you need to do is go to your Portal, Click your Profile picture, Click on Team Members, and add away.
You can submit as many requests as you want. Your team lead will review all requests, to make sure we understand and have all the details we need. Then, your team leader will assign the requests to the rest of the team. All requests will be completed in the order they are received. If you ever need to change the order, or prioritize a request, you can do so by letting your team lead know. We’re happy to be as flexible as possible to make sure you are stress and headache free.
Nope! There are no hidden fees at all. You will only pay a flat monthly fee.
Our plans do not include the following: New Website Creation, Website Redesign, Custom Development Coding Needed, New Plugins, New Themes, Plugin Support, PSD to WordPress, Support to Current or New Sub-domains, Multisite Installations
Depending on your plan your dedicated team will work on 1-2 (4 for WooCommerce) requests at a time, and they will allocate up to 2 hours each business day to complete your requests. Although our team will get to work as soon as possible, some requests might take more time depending on their complexity. Video and graphic requests usually take between 24-48 hours.
We work on your requests on a first-come, first-served basis. They are entered into your team’s queue in the order that they are received. Your team then works on completing them as soon as possible. On average our team completes requests within 24 hours.
Short answer is yes, although due to our global team structure, our phone support is only available for our US, Canada and Mexico clients from 5am to 10pm Eastern Time. We are available 24/7 through email, chat and text.
If you have an urgent request, please indicate so by selecting the ‘High’ option from the priority list and state the reason for the urgency. Note that all other previous open requests will be deprioritized and worked as next in line in the queue.
We encourage our clients to use this type of request responsibly and only if it is a real emergency such as website down or not responding, troubleshooting plugins, website hacked or typos and content that can affect your business. Any abuse will be handled based on our terms of service.
